This apron is made of a thick, well-made cloth. After washing, it is really soft and holds it shape. The only complaint I can say is that it is really long on me (I'm 5'3") and it goes past my knees. Obviously, I am quite short and would rather have a longer apron than a bitty short one, but this one I may give to the husband...

I actually bought this for a Leatherface costume, so I can't speak to the reliability of this apron as a grilling accessory, but I WILL say it's been great throughout fairly periodic usage over the past few years! I've worn this thing to work, (I worked at Fear Farm for a while so it was getting used daily throughout October) as well as just around over the Halloween season. Needless to say, I LOVE it and I look forward to wearing it in the future as well!
